Contested talaq e hasan divorce in family court

Husband sent three talaq letters with affidavit of two witnesses signature.
He sent each letters 40 days gap.
He wrote reasons in all grounds under talaq e hasan in talaq letters.
He also sent three months iddah maintenance.
How I contested in ramnathapuram?
You can file a case in the Family Court, Ramanathapuram, challenging the validity of the Talaq-e-Hasan if proper procedure wasn't followed or if it was arbitrary. Submit that the talaq was unilateral, without reconciliation or arbitration. Also, seek maintenance under Section 125 CrPC and challenge it under Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019 if any coercion or invalid process is involved.
