Contested divorce on the base of frued

My dad (Dy.Mamlatdar Hindu) made my legal marriage certificate by fraud, due to save his social commitment. & Now, My wife warned me that, if I file for divorce then, she will also file fake cases of domestic violence & dowry. Now, what should I do?
That's horrible.
You have to decide first if you are willing to stay with her or not.
If no then file an application to declare the marriage certificate null and void at the same time if it's not too late file a criminal compliant for coercion and other factors for intimidating you and forcing you for marriage.
If she wants to file a fake case then let her do it, you can fight it out don't worry. It is not right to be scared from such threats as it is your life after all. You can't be forced to live with someone you don't want to.
