If you taken exparty order against your wife in taking divorce from court, beside your wife is having every right to set aside the exparty order and restore it and contest the matter. there is no use of taking exparty order. The petition can be transferred to the place of your wife without any much efforts. Kindly contact for Further information and legal assistance.
