Contested divorce and mental cruelty by wife result to extramarital

Mental cruelty and for that husband is in extramarital affair and files divorce as wife gave false complaint so for future safety husband files divorce,now wife denies for divorce. Is there possibilities that husband get a freedom life as the husband has no support and some third party are involving in husband wife matter and forcing husband to stay together with wife. How to deal ?

You have to file a quashing petition in high court for quashing the false case filed against you by your wife. Once the proceedings is stayed it will give a relief to you, this will benifit your MC case which is ongoing in family court!

No one cannot force the husband and wife to live together or divorce. Because it is a personal and matrimonial issue. They both only should take a decision. If you need further quiet please contact me.

Third parties cannot legally compel the husband to live with his wife. If such interference occurs, the husband can file a police complaint or seek legal protection. It is advisable to pursue the divorce case diligently through court, maintain good legal representation, and avoid taking any step that could be construed as cruelty or desertion.
