contested divorce and i dont want divorce will my husband gets divorce

hi, i got married in dec-21 and my husband and in-laws filed a false divorce case under cruelty in sep-22, when i left one day for parental home, tried to reconcile but not listened. i got to know that the petition they filed on sep has returned and they knews that also they asked me to sign on mou on some cruel conditions if i accept then they will take back divorce even they knew that their divorce petition got returned. and they filed again divorce on january -23. i donot want divorce.

hi if you dont want to give divorce then you could contest the same by appointing an advocate to defend on your behalf and say it is filed based on all false allegations which are untrue and not related to the case

file a petition for Conjugal Rights, it can be in the counter of your divorce as well, if he has filed a divorce under cruelty he has to prove all the allegations framed against you.. I you strongly contest and sure that those allegations won't work.. it will eventually get dismissed. If he has made a mind for divorce making you promise over mou will be sheer time bound agreement and he will end up doing the same. better fight it out in the court or come out of the toxic relationship .. by divorce, with the alimony and start a fresh life.
