contest divorce case and maintenance issues

sir i m a hindu not working female was cheated in name of love n married a guy-intercaste. he left me in parental home after a month of marriage due to my pregnancy. he failed to pay a penny even after birth of child he never turned back. after two years he sent notice in name of dessertion n asking for divorce. i m contesting it n applied for maintenance. now the divorce case stage is in enquiry n i want to drag the case as he is planning for next marriage. nas per his astrology predition n in laws believe he will do second marriage. so they planned n married me n pushed me out cleverly n filed divorce.i want to teach them lesson. how to drag this enquiry stage more.how to get long dates please help.

okay I understand your questions so now your husband filed divorce case you filed maintenance case right now you husband plaining to second marriage so you make drag the case right so you have to file maintainance application in divorce case then you take a many hearing fir a evedance then you filed RCR case if you want your husband then both the mater are club and take a evedance both you have to proof for RCR he did not get divorce so if you need any legal help contact me thank you

Dear Madam You must file Restitution of Conjugal rights case under section 9 of Hindu marriage Act. You can claim in divorce case and also file seperate case under section 125 of Criminal procedure code. You will succeed.
