contest case and maintenance case solution

sir my hus filed divorce case on me using dessertion. he s planning to go for next marriage so planned well n filed case. i m single mother hindu with boy child not working.i take care of my expense n everythi from day 1 of marriage. i replied to his notice n now its in inquiry stage. what ll happen next.?!how long can i drag this case more.

Hi, if you wish to cohabit with your husband, then you need to file RCR case (Restitution of Conjugal Rights) which will help you to reconcile with your husband. but if you want alimony/Maintenance for you and your son, then you can file for Maintenance on the court. for any legal clarifications regarding this dispute, you can contact me Advocate Ragul Sivanand From Kanyakumari

The case will be move to 3 or 4 hearing only. Maintenance case you suppose to produce all the evidences into the court. Then If he is earning well you can get maintenance well otherwise it is dependent on husband income
