If the order of the court is in your favour to meet your daughter then it should be followed and you have got full liberty to file a contempt petition before the court which ordered for visitation rights. And if you wish to file for the custody of your daughter then that also you can apply. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Contempt of court is a legal action that can be taken when a person willfully disobeys a court order. If a court order denies visitation rights to a mother, and the other parent willfully disobeys this order, the court may hold the non-compliant parent in contempt. should you have any queries feel free to contact me

Yes you can file a contempt application before the same court which had passed the order. You may ask your lawyer to draft and file the same in account of non compliance of the order by your ex husband. For future consultation you may connect

Yes, of course you can file both the contempt case and also file for the custody of your daughter despite the settlement between you two during mutual divorce as the rights of your daughter cannot be affected by the settlement between you two. If you want my assistance you may consult me.
