first of all observe what happened for him for changes in him within few days, collect supporting evidence and then consult an advocate by explaining to advocate the problem with proof so that advocate can help you in resolving.

you have not mentioned the reasons for the differences among your spouses. Unless you reveal the reasons behind, I cannot suggest you for an appropriate solution. In general you will be advised to lodge a report against your husband and in-laws with the concerned Police Station or to file a Domestic Violence Case/ a Maintenance Case etc., but, they are not solutions for your issue.

If the facts stated by you are true and can be supported by evidence, the conduct described constitutes serious acts of physical and mental cruelty. You are not legally required to continue enduring such abuse. You may initiate appropriate proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, seek protection orders, residence rights, maintenance and child-related reliefs, and may also consider divorce on the ground of cruelty. Preserve all available evidence, including medical records, photographs, messages, recordings and witness details. The safety and welfare of you and your child should be treated as the foremost priority. Immediate legal action is advisable if the abuse is continuing.
