Consequences of marrying again without divorcing the first wife

It's an criminal offence, if your first wife or their family or well-wishers gives complaint, the husband has to go jail for about seven years, he can't ditch his first wife. The husband after marriage his duty to take care of wife & childrens welfares, otherwise it's not only cheating, creating blunder for his life/himself.

You can't do it? If you do it, then it amounts to an offence. First apply for divorce, get decree from the competent court, then only you will have no problem to get marriage. Without divorcing to first wife, you get marriage, it will will be commiting offence of Bigamy, Adultery and also cheating.

Not possible to marry as per law, it's amounts to bigamy and he is punishable under Indian penal code and his wife may filed case against him in jurisdiction police to take action under Indian penal code.
