confused in devirce multiple questions

if wife cheated on me and I have the proof and she admited on bond paper. I have no children still I have pay my wife podge or satelment money

for that purpose you have to file a Divorce Petition prove the cheating committed by your wife upon you and then only you are free for not paying maintenance. however, initially you may have to face the consequences of the maintenance but that can be reduced or waiver on the completion of case.
