Conditions for divorce under mutual cosent

What are the conditions for divorce under mutual consent for hindu marriage registered in Goa under goan civil code? Both the parties are hindus.

Hello,
Under hindu marriage act if you are going ahead with mutual consent divorce, first thing you have to show there is no physical relationship between the couple, you both are staying separate for more than 1 year, if either of the party is giving something to other you can write in the consent terms if there are any children being born who wants the custody of the same has to be written down and further other things which can be discussed between both of them

The conditions required under section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act are as follows: (i) Husband and wife have been living separately for a period of one year or more. (ii) That they are unable to live together. (iii) And that both husband and wife have mutually agreed that the marriage has totally collapsed

there is a central code which governs marriages and it's registration.

conditions for MCD
separation must be more than a year
consent should be free from any undue influence
dispute relating to maintenance and joint properties are to be settled
