Concern related to marital issue /divorce

My concern is that , I wanted to knw my husband is forcing me to talk to his lawyer , i did not understand wat is the reason So i need a good suggestion wat shud i do wat vl b reply so that my husband gets convinced with my words bcz he is not talking since 4 yrs

hi first of all need to see whether he had initiated any legal proceedings in the matter and any pending cases and any notice received and if he is not talking to you then you could send notice for restitution of conjugal rights

NO Get a lawyer Do not meet with you husband and his lawyer Do not sign anything untill you habe a lawyer You husband and his lawyer are trying to gey you to make an agreement so he doesn’t have to give to courts and give you anything

you have not disclosed the reasons as to why you couples have no talking terms for the past 4 years. you have also not stated about your marriage (customary/love or other) how many years passed? children? your present status? his status ( in relation with any one else)? what situations drove him to approach an advocate? etc., unless, you submit the participants, one can suggest you properly.
