complete guidance for fight false 498A case

I need a lawyer who can fight a false 498A case by my wife. And give me the right guidance.

498a case is usually done to pressurise a husband to agree to mutual divorce alongwith it comes the humongous alimony part but as supreme court has already stated in one of its judgement that even if the settlement is done the FIR cannot be quashed so only if it gets quashed then i will suggest for terms or else not because the FIR will haunt allthroughout life till your last breathe if not quashed

Please come with all documents of the 498A and accordingly we will take up the matter and stand by your side in dealing the case registered at the respective court. Usually 498A needs proper homework before appearing in court.
