Sir
First we need to know what complaint has she registered against you in women cell then accordingly we can find the solution to your problem.
If they are denying you to know what complaint has been made then you need to hire a lawyer immediately to secure your side.

Sir if all the allegations are false and police officials also not supporting you then you need to file Divorce petition as soon as possible and claim your right and show all the proofs to the court and that will help you.

Hi there!!
In such a situation file a representation seeking copy of the complaint to the women cell within 5 working days and deliver the same by hand and get the receiving from them. Incase they fail to send you the same then you can move before the court and file complaint against the women cell. Before that you can even file a complaint against the women cell for collusion and conspiracy with your wife against you and get the FIR registered against that women cell.

Answer: Women's Cell would not give u the copy as matter of right because its a police record under inquiry. You can however file an application under section 6 of the RTI. You shall be entitled to receive the copy of the complaint filed by your wife from the police within 30 days from the receipt of the RTI application.
Also please bear in mind that in case if you dont want to settle, file a petition of the dissolution of marriage. You can also file a complaint against your wife for the registration of the FIR u/s 406 if you have any such recording in your favour to corroborate your allegations.

They cannot do like that. U may complain in higher court and when they pass any order against you then you can get order to put the judgement aside because u were not provided with letter when needed.u can also prove bias (partiality) against women cell in high court.
