You can file a counter harassment merged with extortion and blackmailing criminal case against your wife and also in the meantime file a contested divorce case against your wife on the grounds on desertion to keep your grounds strong.

You must consult your advocate for further steps. One time settlement is not an option for you as you stated earlier. Wait for the high court order. You both are agree then apply for judicial separation. Court will decide the maintenance claim as per your income.

If she want divorce and will take one time settlement then may be the amount is much heavy fr u but it can be reduce in settlement by both parties but before divorce tell her to withdraw all pending criminal cases againt u and yr family after that you filed divorce petition
