Clarification on cancellation of marriage within 6 months of marriage

Hi sir we have married before 6 months only but by force my wife's guardian is not agree and want us to divorce forcely and we both wants to leave together so i want to cancell my divorce as before 4 months we have filed now kindly suggest me how can we meet again .plz
Dear sir, you did not explain this fact that who filed divorce petition. If you filed then you can withdraw that petition and if your wife filed then tell her to withdraw that petition. If you are hindu then that divorce petition is not maintainable because divorce petition can be filed after completion of one year of marriage under hindu marriage act.

You can go for divorce before 1 year of marriage except in exceptional circumstances. Nullity can be prayed for with in an year. kindly ellaborate the matter as with this information nothing can be told properly.
