Hi
I am Christian married for 7 years with 1 child of 2 years age. I am not happy with my married life due to many factors listed below.
1. Lack of communication between us. With the world he will talk out everything but with me there is no conversation. He is rude and also need to repeat many times to get an answer.
2. Lack understanding and encouragement.
3.Always blaming and negative set of mind.
If you are harassed or tortured by your husband and in laws then you may file a case of domestic violence against them. If you wishes to break the marriage then you may file for divorce based upon cruelty

Firstly ,you have to decide wherein you have to stay together or take Divorce. If you wish to stay together then go for marriage counseling ,chances are there that it will work. But if that too doesn't work then you can file mutual consent divorce.
