Children via Surrogacy in India, is it possible

17-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Good Evening respected advocates,nI am a 35 years old male living in Delhi. I don't want to get married thanks to the one sided laws in India but I want children. Can I have children via Surrogacy in India? If no, can I have children via Surrogacy outside India where it is legal (Georgia, Ukraine) and after birth, can I bring that child to India as my own? I need an advocate to discuss this in detail, please drop your contact number if you practice in cases like these.Thank you very much. Have a great day ahead.

A single male like you cannot have a surrogate child in India. The current laws also ban bringing a surrogate child conceived abroad by a single male. Such a child will not be granted Indian citizenship and the country of his birth might also not grant him citizenship. Therefore, such a child would become stateless person.
