Child with mother and father is blocked from access and needs custody

Had a DV case filed in Australia that was exaggerated. I came out of it after losing lot of money and job. Back in India now and she also relocated recently without telling me and is in her parents house with kid. She is blocking access to me not showing him, and not telling me what school she admitted him to. She dint take my consent to admit to school. How can I get back my kid so that I can take good care of him?

tell me properly details on cal becz in it's cannot ans it needed full details the kid is with whom wryt nw ? v need to knw y u were in Austria and back to India when u went for Austria kid is with whome was staying ?

hello ur staying in Indian which location and have you filed any case against her do you have all the right to get a legally you can meet your kind by filing of guardian and ward case ,...which helps you to get visiting rights
