Child visitation or custody of my daughter 20 months old baby

But I have low semen unable to get conceive, due to stress my sperm count was zero,and i diagnosed with azospermia non obstructive.we decided to ivf with donor, want of baby.at last we succeed in first attempt.happy due to covid suddenly my financial business get struked and my father expired. After delivery she is not coming to my home and she is not allowing to see my baby and she is saying ur not a father,i filled gwop petition any possibility is there to see my baby

hi what is the stage of case now and you could file petition for visitation rights of the baby for twice a month or for every week as you are natural father and you had also equal rights over property in concerned court

yes you can file for restitution of Conjugal Rights with the visitation rights.. court grants visitation rights to the parent of a minor who has not been granted custody given any reason. However, visitation rights are awarded, keeping the child's welfare in mind
