Child support without divorce if I am seprated

I just seprated with my husband. I have a baby of 11 months. Husband left me with my luggage at rent house. Can i get maintanance for my child.? What is procedure? How many days should be gone we seprated for child support?
Hi you have to file a case under section 125 for you and your child's maintenance. Act of your husband is a act of domastic voilance and you can file a suit for it too. You can live in the house with your husband if he has ownership of it.
