yes he has to pay maintenance as a person whohas Fathered that child, even if it is outside marriage and illigitimate as per the law. But what all evidence you have to show if he denies that he is its father ?

Dear Madam, You can claim 25% for yourself and 15% for your child of the salary of your husband if you are unemployed. Otherwise you won't get any maintenance further you have to bear 50% of maintenance of child and 50% is to be reimbursed by your husband. But, there is no scientific formula to quantify maintenance to the child. It is always at the discretion of the court.
