Wife not revealing her address after moving to another city (Bengaluru) and has blocked all contact with child, how can I get her address?
I am based out of Mumbai & keen on getting child (5 years old) custody - what are the options?
Wife has already submitted an application at Women's police station & already got an NCR notice.
I think if u want a quick resort then u should approach the police and file a missing complaint about your wife and son. you have not clarified certain things that whether u r talking on phone with them or she has completely cut off all the ties. pls call for better clarification.

okay I understand your question now your wife leave your home andtook your child with her and she did not find where she staing right so you do one think you have to give one missing complaint in banglore and give evedance to photo copy of your child and wife so they will take action and find it her sobif you need any legal help contact me thank you

Dear Sir,
You have to file Child Custody case where child now residing. If address is not traced out then you can issued Newspapers publication as substitute service and she will be placed exparte thus you can get some relief from the Court as child is about 5 years of age.
