Child custody to mother after divorce

Hi!i am married for 2 years and have a baby boy of 1 year with my husband. i hate his behavior of ruling.he don't only order on me he wants my parents to be his servants.he just pay me 7000rs per month for me and my child's expenses.i adjust everything by my father's help.i am fedup with these fights where there is no self-respect for me. Can i get divorced and get custody of my son forever? I'm just suffering in this marriage because I love my son and can't live without him..please help

Yes, you can get a divorce legally and get custody of the child considering he’s just a year old. I’d need more details so as to advice you on how to go about this. Whether this could be a mutual divorce or a contested one.

yes you can apply for divorce and child custody so that court will give you permanent child custody and to get divorce you need to file for domestic violence case against your husband and there family members and you can even claim maintenance and permanent alimony

Respected, Yes you can get the custody of the child since the child is of 1 years as you infomred. As a rule the minor son should in the care of mother. As you infomred of his charector is bad and you faced cruality, on that basis you can seek for divorce and aslo seek for custody of the child also.
