Child Custody papers missing. I have divorce decree but child Custody

My divorce was finalised in 2018. The divorce documents that were provided to me does not mention anything about child custody. Where can i get child custody order?

hello client as i can sèe your order of decree issue is serious in nature as well as need to be looked on urgent basis as the order do not speak on rhe point of child custudy . if nothing is defined in decree then we need to move to gor spacific directions so we can have clear order in this issue.

Hi, You need to share the second motion petition or the settlement deed /mediation orders. If there is no condition for the custody of the child, you can file the petition for custody of the child. Thanks Ramit Sehrawat Advocate
