child custody if husband wife are not divorsed but living seperatly

Hi , I am father of child and child is currently residing with me. My wife left 3-4 days back.Can we go to school and take the custody of child.If yes, what shall be done to avoid this.

sir in this response launch a divorce petition against her and also launch a criminal case against her for troubling the child and your family in this regards you may get the result as you want even you may launch a complaint by your parents individually for troubling them
