hello client as i can see your issues are important in this matter you have mentioned very little things regarding your issues withyour in laws . as you said you want to keep your child away from your inlaws in that case thereust be a reason for tht . if you have solid reason for tht then we can help you in this matter but it can only be done through court proceesing only.

Well, the law is very clear on that issue. Until the child attains the age of 5 years, it will remain with you after that your husband may have a hard time getting back your child's custody. For that you should file domestic violence case against him and get an FIR lodged against him. You can also file a maintenance case for you and your child against your husband meanwhile. Hello, with reference to your question, I would like to inform you that the custody of the baby shall remain with the mother till the age of 5 years. So if any of your In-laws try to create/ generate any scene than u can make a complaint against them

see it will depend if it's a boy or a girl and your financial and marital status. Getting custody for a mother is easy thing and courts generally favour the mother. If I may know the location that you belong to it would help in planning for the procedure better after understanding the jurisdiction
