Child custody before mutual consent divorce

We are thinking about mutual consent divorce. I came to my mom's place. My children's are 5 and half year old and 2 year old. So can I apply for child custody before divorce.

u can apply for child custody after divorce also if there is no settlemwnt regarding custody of the child that is not an issue do not worry about it that is totally according to the law and procedure u can also claim maintenance for your childrens if u get the custody

Dear queriest, if you already have custody of your childrens, then it is not all necessary to file for custody, and secondly if you are going for mutual consent divorce then the terms should be already discussed and finalized in the petition and consent terms,

I will first suggest you both should try your best not to divorce each other for the sake of innocent children. But if you both had decided to move further for divorce by mutual consent then have parental visiting rights to both of you so that children will get love of both of you.
