Child custody and visiting right case filed.


21-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am the petioner filed for child custody and i am father. 3rd march is date for SR/AD/APPEARANCE . Do i need to go court or my lawyer apperance will doI also want to know how to know if my wife has received summon or not.

you may or may not go but you need to appoint a very good lawyer who specialises in such cases and who will be able to tackle the situation and regarding the service whether its done upon your wife you can ask the lawyer to check the same

It is not mandatory for you to attend the Court on that date, however , to get the information from the Court's Department regarding that completion of service, you can visit the Court. If service will not be complete, then again the next date will be for S/R. To get my legal opinion professionally upon online payment, you can whatsapp.

if you have a lawyer engaged then the safest bet is to consult your lawyer with such queries. he's is the best person to answer you. in case you are not able to interact with your lawyer then you are advised to either try harder or hire someone else.
