Can i apply for child custody after mutual divorce . Wife only give mutual divorce if I gave her 6 year son with no conditions on mutual divorce
yes you can apply for child custody after a mutual divorce but it also depends upon your condition of mutual divorce
if you already decided the custody of your child on mutual divorce then you cannot file a petition
