After death of my wife I am taking my son with me..but my wife parents asking my child and regarding this they are filing false cases to me and planning to take my son.kindly help me.
Child is the responsibility of the father since child’s mother is died . No complaint can be sustained unless until it’s criminal case. In your case since it’s A false case you need not to worry much. Go ahead and take care of your child

Immediately file child custody case and get the child permanently. Further after the death of your wife you will get child custody if they are no other issues. Your parents-in-law may not get child. custody since they are strangers and the child welfare cannot happen if the child is given to them.
