Hi sir, As per your issues, she can't file POCSO against you as she is aged about 27 years old. If you are paid through online transction you can file recovery suit against her. Feel free to contact me for filing recover suit and any other legal assistance. K Shashikumar Advocate Bangalore

To get your money back, you will likely need to pursue both criminal and civil avenues: Criminal Complaint: Filing an FIR for extortion can lead to the police seizing the ill-gotten funds if they can track the transaction. Civil Suit for Recovery: You can file a civil suit for the recovery of the money, though this process is often slower than criminal proceedings.

Legal Recourse: Police Complaint: You can file a counter-FIR (First Information Report) under relevant sections of the IPC, such as Section 182 (false information to a public servant) and Section 211 (false charge of an offense with intent to injure). Quashing the FIR: If an FIR is registered, the High Court has the power under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) to dismiss false and frivolous cases. Damages: Courts have recognized the severe impact of false accusations and can award damages for illegal detention, mental agony, and loss of reputation.
