Cheating, mental harassment and oppression

I am an IT employee . My husband left me on August 10th, Got to knw that i m pregnant on 7th October. Though we have informed my husband, no +ve change at all. As i m facing though time all alone, i want to separate, he and his parents torturing me mentally. What is the amount that i can demand as he and his parents spoiled my life.

You can file for divorce and petition for maintenance. The amount you can seek can be quantified as per your requirement/standard of living throughout your marriage. He has to provide for you and for your soon to be born child as well. You can also lodge a police complaint against him and his family members for harassment which will add pressure against them to give into your demands.

Dear Madam, You can file multiple cases like DV case, 498A of IPC and maintenance case then only they come down and settle the alimony amount. You can claim any amount upto 5 Crores depending upon his source of income and properties. In the meanwhile collect his salary certificate atleast his office address and property details otherwise no court will pass alimony in your favour.
