Cheating in marriage 1st is already valid

16-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
The woman is already married through registered marriage for 5 years but hasn't lived with her husband due to her parents' fear. She marries another man, and they have a 7-month-old child. The second husband learns about her first marriage after 2 years, and her parents, aware of the situation, are pressuring him with false promises and threats of filing a false women violence case. He possesses proof of her first marriage. What legal actions can he take against her and her family?

Well, that Second Man can file a case of Bigamy against her Wife for marrying with him without seeking Divorce from her first Husband, if she wouldn't have sought Divorce from her first Hubby, for which, the Jail punishment is approximate 10 years. Moreover, the Second Husband can file case of Cheating against her Wife for not disclosing the fact , that, she had married earlier with any other Man too.

If she was already married then your marriage with her is void. If you have proofs of her first marriage then you may file a private criminal case against her and her family of concealing the fact and of cheating you...
