Cheating Husband caught . Need legal advice

Am hindu. Have been married for 8 months now. We have had our ups and downs in our marriage, mostly downs. His emotional attachment right from the day we got married has been distant. Coming to the point, recently i discovered that he had "tinder" on his phone. I immidiately got alarmed and asked him about it. He brushed it off by saying that he had forgotten about it. I believed him and let it go. Yesterday I got a message from a friend of mine showing me a screenshot of him being on tinder. I thought that he must have genuinely just forgotten to delete the account. But my gutt didn't really convince that thought so i created a fake tinder account using a different name and a quote picture. Just a few swipes later I saw his profile and I clicked yes on it . To my horror we both matched. Today after he left for work he started chatting with me thinking am some hot chick. Would like to know what my legal options. I might seek for divorce or file a case for adultery. Kindly suggest ?
