Cheating case against my girlfriend false promise

Sir.My girlfriend and me got into relationship on 2016 while we were at college. After graduation we planned to move Chennai for higher educational purpose. So we went there and joined in same institution. But from there i got some serious health issues... I was admitted for one month in hospital critical stage.so i lost my hearings partially and now i am 28 years old.I can't stop my medicine even now. But that time she didn't leave me and stood with me with full support that she would marry but

so from my understanding if like, Girlfriend wants to marry you, but her family don't allow etc ,in that case you can get it registered via Applying for Register Marriage via Registration Department Website and visit the Registrar on the day provided, if you both are different religions you can also marry under Special Marriage Act.
