cheated - contesting - want to dismiss case

sir my hus filed divorce case on me using dessertion. he s planning to go for next marriage so planned well n filed case. i m single mother hindu with boy child not working.i take care of my expense n everythi from day 1 of marriage. i replied to his notice n now its in inquiry stage. what ll happen next.?!how long can i drag this case more.

hi in this case it is up to you whether you want to continue marital life or end it if you want to reconcile then you have file petition for restitution of conjugal rights or else reply to his petition by filing counter claim. you can claim maintenance for you and child
