Cheated and second marriage.dowry issues

My name is vinodhini.my marriage is done 22.1.2018.i have no children.my husband cheated me he was married one lady.but we are not divorced.my marriage evidence (photo and videos)all are deleted by him.how can i do file a complaint against him?

Please tell me whether your marriage has been registered. Further there will be some other proof available like some receipt issued by Mandapam or Temple. Or some casual photo taken by a guest on cellphone etc. As your marriage was actually conducted, we will find some proof and file the case.

cases not narrated as clear I hope so that there is a second marriage took place for your husband and you have also not tell any relief what the relief you want weather the relief is divorce or restriction of conjugal rights or to punish your husband for the second marriage according to your remedy what you see you can take your husband illegal measure
