Chargesheet is not sent to court

IO has submitted the chargesheet but it has not reached the court after 3 months what should I do?

FIR the IO does not necessarily has to be filed within three month it can also he filed with 90 days or more if the charge sheet is not filed within the time limit by the then the accused Bell officer it happens

if IO submitted the charge sheet then it's goes to CO office. and I think there it is pending after CO office forward then. charge sheet goes to court. now you can file a application for Call Status Report of the case.
