Chargesheet in 498a, 34, 354, 406

16-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
In the chargesheet filed by the IO, the jewellery bills which the woman had been claiming were bought by her father for marriage since CAW cell hearings. The jeweller has stamped and signed that the produced bills were just estimates and no such jewellery was bought by her father. My Qs is: Can I file any case against her/her father in any IPC section for trying to harass me or producing such fake bills? What kind of proceeding would the court do in such case?

Yes...you can sue him under defamation and criminal breach of trust. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.
