Dear client based on your query, the conditions of an anticipatory bail remain in effect in respect of the court who has the power to modify or cancel them. Therefore, it's likely the individual still needs to follow the ABA orders even after the chargesheet is filed, It is highly recommended to consult with a lawyer to get specific legal advice on the matter, for such or to ease the matter we can help you regard the process and in legal ways for which you can connect with us.

I think, you have forgotten the Phrase 'In case of Arrest', you have to follow the stipulated terms and conditions merely in the Case of Arrest, however, you might have not stated facts of your case properly here, then, you won't get proper legal advice, but if you have written correct facts and your question is factually correct, then, I have given you proper legal advice.

If the chargesheet has been filed, the condition to visit the police station usually ends unless the ABA order states otherwise. Surety is to be given only if arrest happens. For clarity, apply for regular bail or modification of conditions.

Yes, once the chargesheet is filed, you are required to execute surety application with requisite documents in the court where chargesheet is filed. Condition of police station visit is not required to be done now. but the surety compliance is to be done on the first date of hearing of your case. in case you require any further legal assistance you may contact me.

Once an Anticipatory Bail (ABA) is granted with specific conditions—such as furnishing three sureties of ₹15,000 each and signing at the police station until the chargesheet is filed—those conditions must be complied with *during the pre-chargesheet stage*. Now that the chargesheet has been filed, the condition to visit the police station regularly *ceases to apply*, as the purpose of such reporting was to ensure cooperation during the investigation. However, **you are still required to furnish the sureties and execute the personal bond** as ordered by the court, unless already done. Failing to comply with that may affect your protection under the ABA. Post-chargesheet, the case moves to trial stage, and the court where the chargesheet is filed will take cognizance. You must now appear before that court as summoned and may seek **regular bail** if required. It’s advisable to consult your advocate to confirm that all ABA conditions have been fulfilled and to ensure proper appearance before the trial court.
