Hi there, if any warrants have been issued against you then you can have them cancelled going for another AB at this stage is not a good option. However, you can go for a quash of the proceeding based on the charges leveled against you. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

please clarify under what sections of IPC or BNSS FIR was registered and share your bail rejection order. since chargesheet has been filed , so anticipatory bail becomes infrauctous. Please connect with me for more discussion

Do seek a detailed legal Consultation from an Advocate and see the chances of getting bail. Do engage a lawyer and get a bail application filed for seeking regular bail. Do brief a lawyer, share the requisite copies of FIR And chargesheet. Do connect with better particulars

after filling of chargesheet generally bail is granted. but you have to apply for surrender cum regular bail application. Generally if accused appears on summons bail is granted, actually arrest is very rare in matrimonial disputes.

You don’t need to reapply for anticipatory bail once the chargesheet is already filed and the court has taken cognizance. Since the police have completed investigation and filed the chargesheet, the likelihood of arrest is very low. On the first date before the Magistrate, you should appear and apply for regular bail under Section 437/439 CrPC. Courts generally grant bail in such situations unless there are exceptional circumstances like absconding or non-cooperation. So, attend court with your lawyer and move a regular bail application to avoid any risk.
