Chargesheet delay and conditions to apply anticipatory or default bail

09-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Fake 492a is filed and person is out of country. Chargesheet is not filed since 4 months. Can bail be applied now before chargesheet is filed ,so that person can visit country without fear of arrest in any case with influence?

hi yes he could file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that he could also apply for anticipatory bail if there is threat of arrest from the police and seeking direction from court to not to take any cercive steps
