Change The Lawyer Because Of Not Responding

My lawyer is playing double game and not responding correctly/reply when we ask questions eventhough we give his money correctly....he is not even saying what is next hearing date.we have problem with this lawyer...my question is how to change the lawyer in ongoing divorce case in court

A party to a case has right to change the lawyer if he or she is not satisfied with the service provided by him. Normally you need to get no objection from your previous lawyer to engage a new counsel.

the process of the change the advocate is getting change of vakalat from the previous lawyer and hand over to the new lawyer. without the noc and change of vakalat it will not be possible to transfer the case to another advocate
