If I am not happy with my lawyer how can I change him and also ask my money back will he return the money?
Well, if your lawyer has cheated you, then, he is liable to return your money. You can file a case against him in Civil Court to get back your money. If he committed any sort of Professional Misconduct, then, you can file a case against him of Professional Misconduct

Hi Good Morning, If you are not happy with your lawyer then you have the full rights and liberty to change the lawyer. to change the lawyer then you have to take NOC from your lawyer. then and only you can change the lawyer. fees part have to discuss with your lawyer only.
