Certified Copy Of Streedhan List Submitted By Wife Not Being Provided

I applied online RTI to obtain certified copy of streedhan list but CAW cell of delhi police shared copy of complaint which I already obtained earlier through online RTI. How can I get certified copy of streedhan list for future legal battle , I have submitted my response to the streedhan list as well. As of now I have only normal copy of streedhan list handed over to me by EO during session.

You have to allow the procedure of Women cell and whenever IO called to appear then you will appear and cooperative with investigation which is doing by IO. You will go and contact with IO of the present case then you will receive the List of istredhan articles . If you need any help then call me

is the charge sheet has been filed in the court of law? if yes, then I can help you and if your case is pending at Delhi . otherwise wait for some period, police will file all the documents in the court of law that time you can get a certificate copy of all the documents including the investigation and list of documents etc
