Caught husband cheating and in sexual relationship with other girl

Two months after my daughters birth , I found WhatsApp conversation of my husband with his friend and found out with that friend’s reference my husband had sexual relations with some call girl. Need help to go further in this regards
You can file cheating case against your Husband. Now you have to decide whether you wish to continue this relation or Divorce him. Depending upon the decision you can take legal remedy. If u wish to file criminal case you will have to approach mm court n if u wish to file Divorce then you will have to approach Family court.

adultery is a ground for divorce. You can file a petition for divorce on the ground of adultery. After filing of said petition, you can claim interim maintenance for you and your child. It is needless to say that a marriage institution is totally based upon the mutual trust of spouses, you may ask him in that regard to protect the future of your daughter.

Well, on the basis of chat records and your Husband's friend's testimony, you can file a case in the concerned Family Court to seek a Unilateral Divorce from your Hubby on the ground of Adultery.
