Catching my hubby and blackmailing threatning to kill us

A rowdy name gayathri from hosur says herself is marbel seller and a big rowdy in hosur has captured my hubby from past 5 months giving him alcohol and drug and now not allowing him to give money to us neither for rent household nor for school fees. Shes threatning us to kill and to give divorce and not letting him come home she has changed his mind completely. Can i file a case on that lady also is it advisable to give this news to all news channels

You must circulate FIR if registered in all TV channels as proposed by you. You must approach higher police officers to arrest her and thus you may get justice. You must file Restitution of Conjugal Rights against your husband if he is not in your house. Thus, you can prosecute your pending cases.
