Is it possible that in mutual divorce one party can withdraw the case, while the other party wants divorce at any cost?
okay I understand your questions so now both parties filed divorce but one party not ready to give the divorce is it possible to withdraw the case it is yourbquestion right your case is only mutually but both the partys not come to appear the court and finaly they are not agreed on behalf of judge you don't get the divorce both party if you need any legal help contact me thank you

If one of the party withdraws from Mutual Consent case then entire case will be dismissed. The other party may file contested divorce case if so interested. The victim wife may file Maintenance and DV case against the husband.
